Tradebot collects data in 2 separate ways.
The first is the collection of analytics data of your chatbots users. This includes:

- User Device
- User Location
- User Time Zone
- Device Language
The second stream of data is collected through user inputs and data submitted through the Tradebot conversational flow. Whilst this is customised to client requirement, it typically includes:
- Contact Email
- Contact Phone Number
- Job Details
We offer the services of Tradebot which allow clients, either on a free trial, pay per chat, or monthly paid accounts to create, and deploy our chatbot technology through set client-owned electronic digital platforms, including website, SMS & messaging apps, and the receiving of chat logs from these digital platforms through automated email reports.
