Tradebot has been specifically designed to improve the interaction between our clients and their website and social media visitors.

Tradebot creates a better experience and collects data that is of legitimate interest to the user, all through a consensual framework.

Tradebot collects data in 2 separate ways.

The first is the collection of analytics data of your chatbots users. This includes:

  • User IP
  • User Device
  • User Location
  • User Time Zone
  • Device Language
  • ISP
  • ASN

The second stream of data is collected through user inputs and data submitted through the Tradebot conversational flow. Whilst this is customised to client requirement, it typically includes:

  • Name
  • Contact Email
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Address
  • Job Details

We offer the services of Tradebot which allow clients, either on a free trial, pay per chat, or monthly paid accounts to create, and deploy our chatbot technology through set client-owned electronic digital platforms, including website, SMS & messaging apps, and the receiving of chat logs from these digital platforms through automated email reports.
